The role of the KYC agent is to assist customers in the process of verification documents. Actively to interact and cooperate with other departments to broadcast customers feedback on product and processes to relevant departments. What we do: Customer documentation processing. Handling customer verification requests in accordance with the priority. Addressing client requests in tickets (email). Compliance with the terms of customer applications processing. Effective cooperation with customer service teams of the company. Broadcast customers feedback on product and processes to relevant departments. Assistance in developing and maintaining an internal knowledge base. Maintaining a positive working environment in our multicultural team. What we are looking for: You are an advanced user of Google Slides/Sheets and Excel. Skills in operating with reports, statistics, KPIs and metrics and understanding of interlinks. Ability to communicate with different types of clients. Attention to details. Analytical skills (verbal and numerical information, operating with statistics and KPIs, root cause analysis etc). Strong ability to operate with feedback in a polite manner. Ability to learn new topics (able to absorb a high volume of information within tough deadlines). English level from Intermediate and above.
