• key objectives of the new hire would include diversification of our deal types and expansion of our client base, partly jointly with our coverage department and our private banking business
• the role would comprise direct client contact as well as work with our internal coverage partners to pitch our product offering: structured equity (financing, EQD), asset-side structured products (short-term e.g. reverse convertibles and potentially long-term products), FX and IR
• in parallel to key client base, the position would include promotion of equity structured solutions to conventional corp base
• we would also expect the new joining colleagues to coordinate efforts to promote GM products internally

• relevant experience with equity financing products
• relevant focus on either sector (conglomerates, FOs, UHNWI) and/or structured products is key
• an experience of 5-10 years with a bulge bracket/top local bank; we would also consider candidates from top brokerage houses and private banking businesses
• we are looking only for candidates with proven track-record or ability to sell across asset classes
