The Swedish beauty-tech leader FOREO is opening a search for an experienced and talented Head of Influencer Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and drive local influencer and digital marketing strategies that support brand initiatives with a focus on brand awareness building, storytelling and consumer engagement

• Own local influencer guidance, providing direction to local team on influencer identification and initiatives, develop briefs for content creation from concept to execution

• Inspire new and innovative growth strategies through the cultivation and analysis of insights, the latest trends and best practices

• Prepare measurement and reporting: drive, track and report on keys KPIs, including reach, engagement and conversions by campaign, aligned to broader campaign and business goals

• Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet business unit productivity and quality goals

• Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising and rewarding

• All other activities according to GM request in behalf of job position requirements

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities is required

• Superior knowledge of trends, tendencies and the media landscape

• Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and finance

• Excellent knowledge of organisation and process management

• Advanced English in writing and speaking

• Creativity, passion for the profession, self-confidence and ambition will be a big plus
