Are you an experienced IP Professional looking for a challenging and dynamic role? Join our team and work on high-level IP matters with a focus on trademarks, designs, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trademark Prosecution: You should understand the difference between tea in classes 05, 30, and 32 and be able to explain what double right means.
• Design Prosecution: Prepare drafts (including descriptions) in English and guide clients on a deadline for filing a priority document for International Designs.
• Recordals for All IP Rights, Including Eurasian Patents: Understand the requirements to the documents from different jurisdictions and the importance of precision in handling official records.
• Legal Actions: Draft and handle Letters of Protest, invalidation and cancellation actions, and attending the hearings before the Chamber of Patent Disputes and IP court.
• Non-Use Actions: Understand how to prove legitimate interest of a plaintiff and what a defendant should submit.
• Contracts and Advisory: Draft and negotiate agreements while advising clients on various IP matters, involving copyrights, trademarks, design, as well as other IP rights.
• Litigation & Representation: Develop litigation strategies and represent clients before the courts.
• Legal Research & Risk Assessment: Stay updated on complex IP legal matters and offer strategic advice.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of legal experience in the field of intellectual property.
• Trademark Attorney license (mandatory).
• Fluent English language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a consulting environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
