• Resolving client issues and handling any arising concerns.

• Customer Retention and Relationship Development

• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Analyzing customer satisfaction and managing feedback.
• Active sales and increasing purchase volumes by existing clients.
• Searching for new clients and expanding the customer base.
• Cross-selling and upselling additional services/products.
• Managing CRM systems and maintaining a client database.
• Preparing reports on sales and client interactions.
• Collaborating with bloggers and brand partners (content collection, order processing).

• A Customer Relationship Manager should possess excellent communication skills, stress resilience, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.

• Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relashionship or influence marketing.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in negotiations and contract management.

• Knowledge of e-commerce, Shopify
