We produce creative and DIY products and are looking for a Communications Manager to engage with clients, bloggers, and partners.Responsibilities:
- Сonsulting clients on the company's products
- Resolving client issues and handling any arising concerns.

Customer Retention and Relationship Development
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Analyzing customer satisfaction and managing feedback.
- Active sales and increasing purchase volumes by existing clients.
- Searching for new clients and expanding the customer base.
- Cross-selling and upselling additional services/products.
- Managing CRM systems and maintaining a client database.
- Preparing reports on sales and client interactions.
- Collaborating with bloggers and brand partners (content collection, order processing).

A Customer Relationship Manager should possess excellent communication skills, stress resilience, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relashionship or influence marketing.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in negotiations and contract management.

Knowledge of e-commerce, Shopify
-
Fluency in English
