Вакансия в муждународной компании (штаб квартира в Китае), специализирующейся в области решений с применением облачных технологий и искусственного интеллекта. Решения компании применяются во многих успешных организациях. Офис в Москве.

Обязанности:

  • Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems
  • Become a technical communication bridge between customers and a company
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities
  • Provide solutions and after-sales technical support
  • Responsible for preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents
  • Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D
  • Participate in relevant marketing activities
  • Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners
Требования:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in IT and internet related companies.
  • Familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.
  • Experience in after-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium to large scale projects is a plus,
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate technical information
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
